This policy explains what Minutrix collects when you use our website and the Minutrix platform, why we collect it, who else processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

Minutrix (“Minutrix”, “we”, “us”) builds and runs AI execution layers for businesses: websites, automations, AI agents, workflows, dashboards and software. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us any time at hello@minutrix.ai.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service and to reply to you:

  • Account data: your name, email address, password hash, and the workspace or company you belong to. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider instead of a password.
  • Business information you give us: whatever you describe in Studio or upload about your business, so the platform can build and operate your site, agents and workflows.
  • Content the platform produces for you: generated pages, chatbot and agent configuration, dashboards and their settings.
  • Conversation and call data: messages exchanged with your chatbots, transcripts and metadata of calls handled by your voice agents, and the leads captured from them.
  • Enquiries: anything you send through our contact form or by email, including your name, email, company and message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, kept in server logs for security and debugging.
  • Usage records: counts of AI text and voice usage per company, used for credit limits and billing.

We do not run advertising networks, and we do not buy personal data about you from third parties.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the service: building, hosting and operating what you asked for.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To meter usage against your plan and to invoice you.
  • To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To detect abuse, debug faults and keep the platform available.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your business data to advertise to you.

4. AI processing

The platform sends content to AI providers so it can generate and operate what you asked for. Today those providers are Anthropic (text and reasoning), ElevenLabs (voice agents and speech), and OpenAI where a specific feature calls for it.

What is sent is limited to what the feature needs. For example, your business description when generating a page, or a caller’s speech when a voice agent is handling a call. Each provider processes it under its own terms, which we ask you to review if that matters to your compliance posture. If you need a specific provider excluded, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

AI output can be wrong. Anything customer-facing that the platform generates is yours to review before you rely on it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this website.

  • Sign-in tokens are stored in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in.
  • Your light/dark theme choice and a draft prompt from the homepage are stored locally on your device.
  • Strictly necessary cookies may be set during sign-in with Google or Microsoft, by those providers, to complete the login.

Clearing your browser storage signs you out and removes these. There is nothing to opt out of beyond that, which is why you will not find a consent banner here.

6. Who else processes your data

We use a small set of processors to run the service, each bound to use your data only to provide their part of it:

  • AI providers: Anthropic, ElevenLabs and OpenAI, as described above.
  • Identity providers: Google and Microsoft, if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure, where the platform and your data are stored.
  • Email delivery, for transactional messages such as verification and notifications.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. If our business is ever transferred, your data may transfer with it, and this policy travels with it.

7. How long we keep it

Account and business data is kept while your account is active and for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Conversation and call records are kept while they are useful to your operation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete or anonymise what we are not required to retain.

8. Security

Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Company data is separated by tenant so one customer cannot read another’s. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you promptly and tell you what we know.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Email hello@minutrix.ai and we will action it, and we do not require you to use a form. We will confirm your identity first, and respond within the time your local law allows.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure and our providers may process data outside the country you are in. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

Minutrix is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email.

13. Contact

Questions about privacy, or a request about your data: hello@minutrix.ai.

Something here unclear, or need this in a signed form for your procurement team? Email hello@minutrix.ai or use the contact page and a person will answer.
