Overview
The challenge
A relief charity needs to see what is happening on each project in the field, from volunteers often working on slow connections, with every update checked before it becomes part of the record.
Our approach
Staff create charity projects with location, budget and expected impact, then assign volunteers. Volunteers post field updates with photos, video and audio from a mobile app, compressed on the phone before upload, and admins approve them. Approved media is also filed into the document workspace the charity’s team already uses.

Capabilities
What it does
6 capabilities, working from the same data.
Coded projects with category, status, priority, geo location, dates, budget, beneficiary and expected impact.
Project members with a designated team lead, and a record of who created every project.
Field capture with photos, video, audio recording and location, compressed on the device before it leaves the phone.
Field updates and their media go through approval before they count as project record.
Media is copied into the charity’s existing document workspace, so files end up where the team already works.
Admins get the dashboard, employees, projects and updates; volunteers get only their own work.
