The challenge
An export house runs on a long chain from lead and quotation through procurement, stock, shipment and trade documents to invoice, and spreadsheets and separate tools break that chain at every step.
Our approach
Built in phases against how an export house actually operates: a lead becomes a quotation with real trade terms (Incoterms), which becomes a sales order, which pulls procurement, inventory lots and a shipment with milestones, which produces trade documents and an invoice. An AI assistant sits across it, answering questions over the operating data.
